  • Transparent Costs: Our shipping costs are clear and competitive. Before finalizing your purchase, you will receive a detailed shipping cost quote. The customer assumes 100% of the shipping cost, which may vary depending on the season. The packaging is assumed by the company.

Return policy

  • Conditions for Returns: We accept returns and offer full refunds as long as the customer proves that the product arrived in poor condition. To do this, you must provide us with photographic evidence of the condition in which you received the flowers within 12 hours of delivery.

  • Return Process: Once we receive the proofs and verify the condition of the product, we will process your refund or send you a replacement with your next purchase.
